Hello,

Tomorrow is the next OpenNews community call. Wednesday, August 14 at
11am EDT / 3pm GMT: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/opennews-calls-Aug14

This week will be the *final* question and answer session about the
Knight-Mozilla Fellowship. The application deadline is Saturday and it's
your last chance to ask any questions before you submit your
application. In addition to that, we'll learn about Simple Map D3, hear
a reportback on a Swiss news hack event, and get the scoop on the
upcoming NICAR conference proposal deadline. And of course, we'll hear
from the current Knight-Mozilla Fellows about their work.

Hope you can make the call. If not, please add any questions to the
etherpad before and check the pad for notes after. As always, if there's
cool stuff happening, please let us know so we can have you on the call
to discuss it.
