The project has the following goals:
Develop a software application to create policies while centralizing and disseminating knowledge using transparent democratic and unbiased moderation mechanisms.
Ensure the application is sufficiently easy to use for the general population.
Establish a transparent, non-partisan democratic process that is resilient to corruption.
