Acho que vou rascunhar um sobre como os Dados Abertos possibilitaram o
Laboratório Hacker em uma espécie de 'meta-impacto' que esta transformando
a própria política.

Damasio, acho que você podia também contar o caso da educação ai. Eu sei
que aquele mapa que você fez no Hackathon foi só um dos muitos inputs pra
mudança da política pública... mas enfim :)
