Aparentemente e finalmente uma carta que vale a pena nos esforçamos para
concordarmos um processo como grupo. :)

Aliás, muito mais alinhado com a missão da Open Knowledge do que algumas
coisas que apareceram aqui - algumas com texto fraco, diga-se. Vou assinar
como indivíduo.
