[okfn-br] Fwd: Apply now to the Knight News Challenge on Data

Apenas gostaria de manifestar que gostei muito da ideia de um projeto sobre
transparência nas universidades públicas brasileiras.

Isso pode até envolver a questão das contratações que, como já foi
discutido aqui na lista, tem diversos vieses e obscurantismos apontados por
diversos acadêmicos. Mas que pouco chega para além do feudo do século XXI.

Não estou dizendo que o projeto deve ter uma cara de caça às bruxas, mas
gosto muito do artigo do professor João Barata, do instituto de física da
USP, sobre essa espécie de fachadismo, referindo-se especificamente à
univeridade mais rica do país, a Universidade de São Paulo:

E podemos contribuir sim para que universidades públicas sejam mais
transparentes.
