Thank you for this Richard,

I wished I could go there but I was on vacations. Do you know if there is
also a kind of summary of the event? I'm documenting how hackathon/codefest
are playing a role in real development of tools and obviously everything
around WxT is fascinating. So I am looking for content that helps me
explain how this kind of event is useful for the community using it (with a
focus on governments as actors and users)
