Hi everyone,

I joined this list a couple of weeks ago, following an invitation by
Diane Mercier (thank you!). We both sit on the board of FACIL
(http://www.facil.qc.ca) where I am the president and a founding member.

A short bio:

Originally from Colombia, Fabian Rodriguez is an independent
consultant based in Montreal (http://legoutdulibre.com), totaling more
than 18 years of experience, specializing in software freedom and
security. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded his first company in
1987 and still codes in his spare time. He is actively involved in
various social and technological projects of international
significance as a strong proponent of software freedom and web
autonomy, speaker and trainer. Mr. Rodriguez is president of FACIL
(http://www.facil.qc.ca), and an active member of The Document
Foundation (LibreOffice project) and the Free Software Foundation
(http://www.fsf.org).
