Article sur l'engagement social structuré à l'aide de la métaphore de la
pyramide à six niveaux (de maturité) : observer, suivre, endosser,
contribuer, reconnaître et guider.

Hi All,

It was great to meet and spend time with many of you at the Summit. As
promised here's a link to my personal favorite Engagement Pyramid
article (there are surely many others) that I used during the session on
managing volunteers.

Original article:
http://www.idealware.org/articles/engagement-pyramid-six-levels-connecting-people-and-social-change

(I've attached what I believe is the image that is missing from the web
page)

I scraped the table from the article so you can duplicate it and turn it
into a worksheet for your own purposes:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlLwqBoq8-7xdFhrRlN2OXhsN05mbjAwTlpHSU15NGc&usp=sharing

You could also do a search for "ladder of engagement" to get similar
results, but I like the pyramid model a bit better because it gives you
some sense of the relative volume of people in each of the levels. In
corporate speak, this concept roughly translates to the "marketing
funnel" or similar.

Cheers,
Neal
