Ta proposition de traduction est très pertinente. Je la relaie dans la 
liste, car cette problématique suscite beaucoup d'intérêt, notamment au 
Québec.

Cette proposition pourrait être discutée à la réunion de coordination du 
groupe local de l'OKFN au Canada, le 9 juillet prochain.
