Dear Country Editors,

With an intense and exciting Open Government Partnership (OGP) Summit 
week well behind us we can now look back on lots of really positive and 
constructive feedback from the broad open government data community 
around the world.

Aside from lots of buzz in forums, on email and among the 1600 
participants at the OGP Summit, we were also really happy to see great 
press mentions (ao. The Guardian 1

Census is now open again for all of us to continue doing reviews of 
submissions.*
