Plus que 3 jours avant écoHackMTL! Voici quelques renseignements 
importants pour le bon déroulement de l’évènement :

    Inscription :si ce n’est pas fait, merci de vérifier que *tous les
    membres de votre équipe* sont inscrits à ecohack-mtl.eventbrite.ca

  *

    Description SparkBoard: merci de vérifier la description de votre
    projet sur le SparkBoard <http://ecohackmtl.sparkboard.com/> AVANT
    MERDREDI 16 OCT. 21 h. Ces renseignements seront utilisés sur des
    affiches pendant l’évènement, alors nous utiliserons le contenu que
    vous aurez mis en ligne.

  *

    Samedi:

      o

        Ouverture des portes à 8h30 - début du travail en équipe à 9h15.

      o

        Pensez à apporter votre ordinateur portable, votre fil de
        recharge et une rallonge (si vous en avez une).

      o

        Présentation du projet : le matin, une personne par équipe aura
        *30 secondes* maximum pour présenter le projet. Le format
        suggéré "Je m’appelle Émilie. Mon projet est X et notre but est
        Y. Nous cherchons des gens qui peuvent aider avec Z.”

Nous vous rappelons qu’il y aura café et diner inclus. Pour en savoir

Belle surprise! En bonus, Mme Paula Z. Segal, la directrice et 
co-fondatrice de 596 Acres <https://596acres.org>, donnera une courte

Hi Everyone!

Only 3 days left before ecoHackMTL! Here are a few important points to 
remember so that everything goes smoothly:

    Register!:  If you haven’t already, please make sure that *everyone
    on your team* has registered for the hack here:
    ecohack-mtl.eventbrite.ca
    <https://ecohack-mtl.eventbrite.ca/?ref=ecount>

    SparkBoard Info:  Please check the info you have put up on
    SparkBoard <http://ecohackmtl.sparkboard.com/> and make any
    necessary updates BEFORE WEDNESDAY 16. OCT. 9PM.We will be using
    that info to make posters for the event, so the more accurate it is
    the better!

  *

    Saturday:

      o

        Doors open at 8:30am, work on projects begin at 9:15am.

      o

        Remember to bring your laptop, power cord, and an extension cord
        (if you have one).

      o

        Project Presentation: first thing in the morning, one person
        from your team will have *30 Seconds* maximum to present your
        project.
        Suggested format: “Hello, my name is Émilie. My project is X and
        our goal is to Y.  We are looking for people who can help with Z.”
