Hi all,

I am sending here a fundraising plan some colleagues are helping us to 
build (working pro bono) for OKF Brasil.

There are really good tips above, like some critics on a project 
proposal I sent to a foundation or the lack of alignnment of some OKF 
Brasil pages and OKF Central (somethings I did in 2011, but a lot 
changed at OKF Central). We have to think ways to best share best 
practices on this, learnings (like the mistakes I did or successful 
cases, like when we could have a paid project here). Ideas?

I think this is an important topic that the projects working group 
should deal with (Zara, I remember you mentioned it during the last 
international council meeting. Is there any discussion going on withing 
this working group? How can we have access to it?)

I think this can be also a good topic to discuss in person during OKCon. 
Anyone interested?
