[OKFN-CH] Overview - Global Open Data Index: Survey

Thanks for sharing, Andreas!

I would like to use the chance to invite everyone to submit their reviews
of the census. It just takes a few minutes to register and submit the form,
and the goal is really to capture the views of the community - the score
being representative of how open we think we are.

If you have issues or specific questions feel free to contact me directly,
as I've been working with the Census/Index team for a while and am happy to
help.
