[OKFN-CH] Column about Open Government Data in Switzerland

Dear all

After the successful launch of opendata.swiss at the beginning of February
I had the opportunity to write a column about Open Government Data in
Switzerland (in German): "In the code: Eine Kultur offener Daten" -
http://www.inside-it.ch/articles/42945

I am looking forward on more open data to be made used and useful, and on
your feedback how to support this change.
