I'm one of the ambassador and Biao Xie is another based in Foshan, GuangDong

We just start promoting the China local group so please help us spread the
word and invite people who are interested in open data, open gov and open
content in general join our discussions here. We also need other volunteers
join the team to help organize events and coordinate projects. More details
