Dear All,

I've set up a new list, 'okfn-help', intended for more day to day,
nitty-gritty stuff such as sysadmin and detailed planning on specific 
projects (e.g. okcon or open shakespeare). That way there's a place to 
discuss administrivia and the merits of particular javascript libraries 
but okfn-discuss won't get overwhelmed with them. If anyone thinks this
