[okfn-discuss] Any suggestions for off-the-shelf registration form code?

Thanks to Andrea and everyone for all the suggestions. In the end what 
we needed was so simple that I just bit the bullet and wrote a MoinMoin 
macro:

You can see it in action on the page for our upcoming civic information 
forum (which I plan to announce properly monday):
