Hi Rufus,

I appreciate this is very irritating to not get an answer for so long,
but the lth group is in a bit of a mess. We will have a meeting on the
10th, and I can give you an answer for sure after that.

I'm afraid our electronic comms systems have not been working at all,
there's turmoil in terms of our relationship with the consortium and it
just seems like only a face to face meeting will do it. You were
unlucky enough to ask me about this date on the day I left for LA - and
missed the August meeting, so the September meeting will have to be
where things get decided.
