I would link it very closely to the Open Knowledge Definition. i.e.
Have it like the Creative Commons buttons, that the logo means
specific terms of use.

So I prefer "Open Knowledge". (A better name anyway - "data" is too
geeky, "content" too vague, "knowledge" sounds most desirable)
