I think that looks great Jonathan -- good work. Couple of suggestions:

1. I'd remove the 3rd item on 'Material that is not subject to copyright 
law' as this is a bit confusing. For example something that was patented 
wouldn't be 'open' and the status of facts obviously varies. Rather than 
get into all of this I'd just go with the two main items you've got there.

2. Suggest 'Works that have been released under a license that permits 
reuse' -> 'Works that have been released under 'free/open' licenses' 
Then go on (as you do) to give examples such as free/open source 
software (Linux/Firefox), Wikipedia etc

I think we could just go for 'students' here rather than restrict to 
London :)
