Richard: thanks for the pointer to this particular OSM dataset which I
hadn't seen. We have a package on CKAN for OSM:

However it would be useful to list details of the exact OSM datasets
available (and their download locations). Do you have a pointer to
anywhere where this sort of info is listed?
