[okfn-discuss] RESTful CKAN API

Dear Rufus,

I thought that this might make for a better CKAN API:

http://knowledgeforge.net/ckan/trac/wiki/RestfulAPI#ProposedAPI

Improvements include: resources have been given names; resources do not 
have actions in the locations; JSON is used for requests and responses; 
data formats are extensible (as they are primarily dicts, so we can add 
more terms); the responses codes are standard.
