[okfn-discuss] January 2008 monthly irc meeting: Wednesday 30th January 2008 at 1800 GMT

Jo Walsh has asked if we could move this back one hour to 1900GMT as she 
is not sure she can make 1800. I shouldn't imagine this will cause 
anyone a problem but it does speak up. Otherwise I'll assume it is OK to 
reschedule for 1hr later.
