[DataPortability-Public]
Help!
I'm
writing
a
BIG
book
on
the
Semantic
Web!!

hi
everyone,

my
name
is
david
siegel.
i'm
the
author
of
the
first
book
on
web
design,
creating
killer
web
sites.
i'm
now
writing
a
book
on
the
semantic
web
for
harvard
business
school
press
-
it's
the
first
business
book
on
the
semantic
web.
i'm
a
big
fan
of
data
portability,
and
in
particular
i'm
interested
in
data
stability
-
having
the
data
in
databases
live
out
on
the
web
and
bringing
tasks
to
the
data,
rather
than
moving
data
all
over
the
place.
the
book
is
very
forward-
looking.
it
will
give
a
big
boost
to
the
semantic
and
open-standards
movement.
i
hope
you
might
be
able
to
help
me.

i'm
looking
for
case
studies
that
tell
the
story
of
standard,
open
metadata
formats
and
ontologies.
best
are
stories
that
show
the
business
case
for
standardization
and
open
collaboration
between
companies.
i
need
to
make
it
colorful
and
interesting,
so
the
business
audience
will
get
it.

i'm
hoping
you
all
can
point
me
in
the
right
direction.
can
you
help?
any
ideas?
i'm
also
going
to
start
a
google
group
for
people
interested
in
contributing
and
commenting
on
the
latest
developments.
if
you're
interested,
please
email
me
personally.
