[okfn-discuss] OER marketing plan

For those who were on the Sept. 29 chat about open textbooks and 
anyone else interested, I have posted an outline of a marketing plan 
for OER as we discussed: http://www.okfn.org/wiki/OERmarketing

Please jump in and contribute as you like. If you think you'd like to 
work on a particular section, you might add a note to that effect so 
that we are not duplicating efforts.

(Also, I am accustomed to MediaWiki, but am just getting used to 
MoinMoin. Is there a way to add section editing?)
