Bottom of page states:

This is (of course) non-open (due to Non-commercial restriction)

Of course this is just the license for the site 'content' but here the
content seems to equal the data so I'd guess this is also the 'data'
license.

Interesting question and I certainly don't know of any lists. In the
US I'd guess there must be public register of 501(c) type
organizations and in the UK you might be able to search for companies
limited by guarantees and charities (though I think you'd need to pay
for at least one of these datasets ...)
