Hi all,

We currently use BibTeX locally together with the collaborative Web 
service Bibsonomy (http://www.bibsonomy.org) for reference management.

We also plan to adapt our semantic data Wiki OntoWiki 
(http://ontowiki.net) for management of bibliographic information. Most 
of the features you mentioned are already available in OntoWiki, however 
some specific extensions such as BibTeX im- and exporters etc. would 
have to be developed.
