Indeed. Welcome to Lima, McCandless, Vande Moere and Chatrill. I have  
been following their works for a while, yes, of all of them, and am  
really thrilled to virtually rub shoulders with them. Hopefully some  
of their skills and wisdom will trickle down to the rest of us.
