[okfn-discuss] 'derivative:{pkgname}' and 'output:{pkgname}'- additional CKAN meta-tags?

Would it be useful to encourage tagging with:

derivative:{pkgname} - to show that this CKAN package was a derivative
in some manner of {pkgname}. 

And

output:{pkgname} - to show that this package is the direct output of
{pkgname}. Useful if the python scripts used to make the data
intelligible rely on making multiple net calls or is simply a
time-consuming thing to run.
