I noticed a few small technical bugs:

http://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/by/1.0/ the link to the plain
summary is http://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/by/1-0/summary/
which redirects to
http://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/summary/ -- the plain
summary for the ODBL.

http://www.opendatacommons.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/odc_by_1.0_public_text.txt
simply has the wrong text, to analogous effect:

    [A plain language summary of the Open Database
License](http://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/summary/) is
available.

It also seems to have an encoding problem:
