Call for Papers

Journal of Systems and Information Technology (JoSIT)
(Emerald Publishing)

http://www.emeraldinsight.com/products/journals/journals.htm?id=JSIT

Journal Aims
The Journal provides an avenue for scholarly work that researches systems approaches, systems thinking, information systems, electronic business and information technology. Papers should examine the wider implications of the systems or technology being researched. This means papers should consider aspects such as organisational relevance, business value, cognitive implications, social implications, impact on individuals or community perspectives rather than focusing solely on the technology.

The Journal of systems and Information Technology is open to a wide range of research methodologies and paper styles including case studies, surveys, experiments, review papers, and theoretical papers. Submitted papers should typically be in the range of 5000 to 8000 words.

Publication Guidelines
Researchers as well as professionals are invited to submit papers for the Journal. All papers will undergo a blind refereeing process by at least two referees.

All submissions must be original works which have not appeared elsewhere and which are not being considered for publication with another journal. As the reviewing process will be conducted anonymously, please do not include your name(s) on the submission. People are encouraged to send their papers in by email to:
