Hi
So if I can reprise:
* Whether a dataset links to a waiver, a license, a public domain
dedication, or a copyright statement, the relationship between the
dataset and the legal document is the same: "here is a document
describing what you are allowed to do with this dataset".
* When describing datasets with RDF, it is simpler if everyone uses
the same property for this relationship ("here is a document
describing what you are allowed to do with this dataset").
* Is there any good reason why dcterms:license should not be used to
relate a dataset and a document describing what you are legally
allowed to do with the dataset (whether that document is technically a
Waiver, a License, a Contract, a Dedication, whatever) ?
(if so, presumably dcterms:rights would be OK?)
