[okfn-discuss] Weekly IRC meet-up

Dear All,

Sorry for any confusion regarding time zones. I think it is a good
suggestion to only use UTC from now on, I will send reminders for
upcoming meetings tomorrow with only this time on them.

The IRC catchup is scheduled every week on Tuesday for 1700 UTC.

Regards,

Lucy
