Hi Puneet:  Here are four.  They're all German, even though the last three
have English names.

* Allianz der deutschen Wissenschaftsorganisationen
--see especially its Principles for the Handling of Research Data (adopted
June 2010)

* Open Data Network

* PANGAEA (Publishing Network for Geoscientific & Environmental Data)

* Publication and Citation of Scientific Primary Data
