Hi all,

we have started a spread sheet for those of you who would like to help as a volunteer at OKCon

If you would like to become a volunteer please write your name into the spreadsheet accordingly to the times and roles.

We have identified the following Volunteer Roles

* Conference facilitators (one person / room in blocks morning, noon, afternoon)
	track time (very strict - need 5min. sign)
	announce next speaker(s)
	assist with tech & facilities (water)
	assist camera team

* Registration Desk (with laptop, if possible)
	Registration of participants
	Hand out programme and stickers

* Help Desk / Speaker (with laptop, printer, scanner)
	Registration of Speakers
	Info for Hotel / Hostel
	Catering and Drink allowance (badges)
	Take copy of Travel Tickets (badges)
	Take Bank details into spreadsheet
	Facilitate with bags and robe (badges)
	Hand out info kit programme and stickers

* Joker
	tasks: be ready to jump :) with +49 171 1006855
