[okfn-discuss] [euopendata] [open-government] Logo for Open Data Challenge

Okay - so it seems like people are not so keen on the crossed
hammer/spanner, which is one of the standard webdings icons [1] - and
alludes to the open gov data spanner [2]. Hence I'll try and get in
touch with Matt Jones, who created the 'Get Excited and Make Things'
poster, and see if he'll give us permission to incorporate his spanner
crown thing [3]. Failing that I'll try and substitute in something
which doesn't have hammer and sickle connotations!
