Does anyone know of terms of use that are licenced under an open
licence? Rather than software licencing, I'm thinking of terms of use for
web APIs.
More broadly, is there scope for open contracts? That is, an archive of
licences that are well-known, well-worded to allow traders to go about their
business with low transaction costs. There are many common areas where pro
forma open contracts could be used: Employment, sale/purchase, ...
