A good friend of mine has just publicly released a project he's been
working on: opendatastories.org. Please spread the word!

Hi All

A recent Gartner article called "Open Government Policies: Keeping
Faith or Pulling the Plug?"
made me think there is a real need for governmental open data projects
around the world to band together to create a repository of
benefit/success stories, which all countries could leverage. I thought
this could be done via an open website to which agencies,
organisations and individuals could all contribute their own open data
stories.

I decided to build such a site, as a private - and not governmental -
initiative. The site is at http://opendatastories.org

It would be great if those with stories - and those who know others
who have stories - could contribute their stories or encourage those
others to contribute. And, of course, it would be great if everyone
with an interest in this space could help spread the word.

All feedback welcome.

Best regards
Richard
