[okfn-discuss] Open Knowledge Foundation Meetups Everywhere

Meetup.com has been quite effective at fostering more regular
participation from a number of other groups I'm involved with.
Certainly much easier to use than any alternatives I've encountered.

(A free software alternative would be great though!)
