I totally agree this sounds outrageous - though I'd like to see the
exact Statement of Claim before making a full judgment (if someone can
dig please ping the link -- Statement of Defence here:
http://www.cippic.ca/sites/default/files/Geolytica_Statement_of_Defence.pdf).

I also think this definitely merits a blog.okfn.org post -- we should
ping Ervin Rucci and ask him for an interview.
