[okfn-discuss] Suggestion to sign the Declaration on Parliamentary Openness

Hi all,

I would like to suggest the OKFN to sign the Declaration on Parliamentary Openness:

The declaration is currently in draft modus awaiting comments here:
http://publicmarkup.org/bill/opening-parliament-declaration/

The Declaration will be publicly announced on 15 September at the "International Day of Democracy", at the World e-Parliament Conference 2012 in Rom, see: http://www.ictparliament.org/

Interesting for some people at the OKFN is the proposed technical collaboration around PMO sites using a shared technology stack. Discussion about this will take place at: transparency-tech at googlegroups.com
