[okfn-discuss] [pd-discuss] Entering the Public Domain in 2013

It'd have to take into account which authority the works are under, doesn't it?  

For example, some summary info on the Berne convention copyright [1], says that while the Convention puts the expiration at 50yrs, the UK has chosen 70.

Is it worth tracking works by country for that purpose?
