I'm interested and able to put in a few hours this weekend, on the wiki
side.
Appropedia <http://appropedia.org/> is a suitable platform for disaster
relief info, and there's also Emergency 2.0
Wiki<http://www.emergency20wiki.org/wiki/>.
(I made a list of Crisis wikis <http://www.appropedia.org/Crisis_wikis> a
while back - will need to check which are currently active.)
