Could Africa delegates to the OKfestival get intouch with Oluseun Onigbinde of BudgIT on emailbudgitng at gmail.com for a joint position on the lobby for Africa hosting the 2013/14 event. South Africa and Kenya which is represented by IHub are other candidates.
