Hello!
I joined the Boston meet up, looking forward to our first meeting!
A part from Boston, I also half-live in Barcelona. I subscribed to the Barcelona meet up and would be happy to help engage a local group there. I am part of Amical Viquipedia (local group linked to Catalan Wikipedia), and I know others in Amical would be happy to support OKFN to get local. In concrete, I would like to propose to organize an open data event. How I should proceed?.
Have a nice day! Mayo

So turns out Rufus will be in San Francisco next week - so we're going
to see if we can organise our first OKFN meetup on Wednesday 3rd
October in SF to coincide with the occasion:

If you know people or organisations who are interested in open data /
open content / the public domain who might be interested in coming
along, we'd be most grateful if you could help to spread the word.
Nice to see things moving faster than expected. ;-)
