I've been working with a few folks to put together a general Open Knowledge
Foundation TimeMap here:

be delighted to see people jump in with contributions - as long as you're
happy with some editorial :-) (one immediate thing is to go through early
blog entries!).

There is also work led by Charalampos to put together a *Local Groups
timemap* (more granular and detailed):

@Everton: you raise more general points especially re 10y anniversary but I
