One thing you can do on the front page of the wiki page is to list other organizations that sponsored events. One question I had was: is this something just okf does, or do other organizations get involved. The blog listed an event last year from world bank, so list, on the front of the wiki page, Organizations that sponsored events in the past included World Bank, another organization, etc.... and link to the pages showing they were involved.

Subject: [okfn-discuss] Call to action: Help build Open Data Day!
Open Data Day is coming – on February 22, 2014. Time to get ready!
The Open Data Day wiki needs to be prepped and polished to rock the 2014 action plan. We’re looking for stellar volunteers to help us with this. Skills required:
* knowledge of Wiki management
* ability to work with WordPress
* design skills
* mapping skills
Willing to help the wiki sprint? Get in touch with our very own Heather Leson. We’ll get this ready as soon as possible for everyone to add their Open Data Day events!
If you need some help planning your event, please do connect on the OKFN – Discuss mailing list or Open Data Day mailing list. Next week we will share some resources and planning help for local organizers.
Do you already have an Open Data Day event in the pipeline? We created a chart for the map of global events. If you are hosting an event, add yourself to the 2014 map tracking doc.
