[okfn-discuss] Scoping Tender open and OKF Jobs

Happy Tuesday Folks,

We've extended the deadline for the Open Data Partnership for Development
Scoping Terms of Reference. While received submissions, we recognize that
the holiday season is just that - a quieter time. The new deadline is
January 13, 2014.

The updated Terms of Reference and details are posted on the blog[1].
