Probably going off-topic.
I am not sure what to expected as multi-user interactive use. When an
user runs a code in a cell, will it run on all user's IPython instances?
It can be a mess and results can be different for each user as it can
interact with the local file-system, local variables.
An Ethernet sync plugin can be developed. But it will also open
possibilities for malicious code execution.
Maybe Tom's suggestion of running on an shared environment can be an
safe alternative, but it can be resource intensive on the server's side
as it will run all user's code.
