[okfn-discuss] list of all open knowledge/data organizations

There are enough now that it is probably hard to list them all, in any
way that is up to date.

Tangentially, the Wikipedia pages around "free" and "open" ______ are
a total mess of redundant, poorly organized information. Some folks
here might be ideal candidates to merge or otherwise rationalize them:
